If I am posting something online (craigslist or myspace) how do I make the font different?

I am trying to post something on craigslist and I want it to stand out so how do I make the font different? Other than just bolding (I dont know how to do that either...) but I know I want to make it bigger and maybe a different color?

Also for myspace?
