It sounds like mybe you have a virus blocker that is preventing your from openieng it.....so either way, you won't be able to open it from anywhere, the page will not load. Try turning off any virus scan or pop up blocker. Some parents block the site for a reason...you might have to go into your system tools and look at what websites are blocked, someone may have put in there to be blocked. you could try to search it in yahoo, and try that, but it sounds like it was manually blocked. well me and my friends tried to get on myspace at school, and it worked for a few people. Its slow, but it works:
Go to www.floatingforest.com, it's a site where it removes all of the cookies blocked and stuff. Just type in the website that you want to view and it will let you view it by taking out the blocked cookies.
