How do you get selected words on myspace to have a different background color?

on myspace,how do you get certain words highlighted up. and i mean the background color. i've seen it on alot of people's myspaces and i used to know how to do it but i forgot. like your layout may make the background white but say you want one word to have a different background color,that's what i want to do.

and for the invincible part to have a pink background color.
