You can use them by adding a %26lt;span%26gt; or %26lt;p%26gt; tag with the style attribute.

For example

for underlined text do the same but with a u

as for font color the tag is %26lt;font color="color here"%26gt; and close it with %26lt;/font%26gt;(MAKE SURE U CLOSE IT WHEN YOU WANT THE COLOR TO END OR YOU'LL END UP WITH A BIG ONGOING MESS!!) u can type in the color you want or you can look up hex codes and put those in as well.
