there is only a limited number of fonts for web pages(Times New Roman, Arial, Geneva, etc.). but you can change the size and color though..

%26lt;font face="(type of font like arial,times new roman)" size="(choose from 1-7)" color="(any color)"%26gt;your text%26lt;/font%26gt;

dont forget the quotation marks after the equal signs. :)

here is a couple codes

%26lt;font size=__%26gt; and put whatever size u want in the underline

or

%26lt;big%26gt; to start something off big and %26lt;/big%26gt; to end it

same with small

%26lt;small%26gt; to start it off and %26lt;/small%26gt; to end it
