I am new at the whole myspace thing and I wanna make a cool page. My page is really boring right now so I wanna jazz it up a bit ;p

How do you get and put different background images on your myspace page?

below is a list of sites for layouts, graphics, codes, etc. the layouts are usually divided up into categories. once you find a layout you like follow these steps:

1. pick the layout and look for the code the website provides(usually right below the image, or it'll say "click here to get this layout")

2. copy the code.

3. log into your myspace so it's on your home page and hit edit profile.

4. paste the code that you copied into your "about me" section.

5. save that and then view your profile and your new layout should be up.

Go to yahoo search and search "Myspace codes"....You will find enough ways to customize your page your head will spin :P You will have to copy and past the HTML codes they provide for you into the location they specify *usually about me section*

I find it easiest to use programs such as thomas' myspace editor. you can just choose everything there, and a program will generate it into code for you.

there are pre-made pages you can just copy and paste the code for the page in. . .

I did a google search for "myspace pre-made layouts" til I found one I liked. . .

you can also put in videos and songs from artist's pages (it's illegal for people to make band sites that aren't band members so sometimes the songs get deleted. so I just use the real band pages. . . ).

keep asking myspace friends and there are a few groups for customizing your myspace page on myspace you could join and ask. . .
